# Devolução de chip por sobra

Acesse o menu inicial e selecione **"Solicitações de Benefício".**

Na aba **"Solicitações"**, localize a solicitação de benefício que contém os chips que serão devolvidos.&#x20;

Em seguida no menu **"Ações**" selecione **"Solicitar Devolução"**.

Fique atento! A solicitação de benefício deve estar com a situação "Aguardando Distribuição".

Informe e detalhe o motivo da devolução, e em seguida clique em **"Avançar"**.

Identifique o número do EID do chip que será devolvido e clique no ícone indicado "**+"**.

Você também poderá selecionar todos os chips de uma única vez clicando nos três pontinhos localizados à direita e posteriormente em "Adicionar Lista Completa".

Na parte inferior da tela, serão exibidos os chips selecionados para devolução.&#x20;

Verifique se os números estão corretos e, em seguida, clique em **"Avançar"** para prosseguir."

Ao devolver um chip, a plataforma inativará automaticamente um estudante vinculado à solicitação. Você pode conferir a lista de e-SIMs que serão devolvidos e os estudantes que serão inativados. Se precisar corrigir algo, volte aos passos anteriores.&#x20;

Se estiver de acordo com o estudante selecionado automaticamente pela plataforma, clique em **"Finalizar"**.

Após a finalização, não será possível fazer alterações. Lembrando que os estudantes inativados ainda podem ser incluídos em novas solicitações de benefícios.

Selecione **"Confirmar"** para concluir a solicitação de devolução.

Lembre-se de acompanhar a solicitação na plataforma até que os chips sejam realmente devolvidos.&#x20;

No menu inicial, localize **"Solicitações de Devolução"**.

Acompanhe a situação da devolução, clicando no ícone indicado para visualizar os detalhes.
