# Conferência de ano escolar

No menu lateral esquerdo, acesse "**Conferências Ano Escolar**".

Os chips dos alunos concluintes serão suspensos automaticamente. Atente-se aos prazos de início e fim da conferência, pois após o fim do prazo, não será possível realizar alterações.

Localize o ano letivo que deseja realizar a conferência, o status da conferência deverá estar como "**Pendente**". No menu "**Ações**" (três pontinhos), selecione "**Realizar conferência**".

A Plataforma Internet Brasil realizará o avanço automático de todos os estudantes cadastrados, você deverá conferir se o estudante consta no ano correto, saiu da escola ou reprovou de ano.

Identifique o estudante concluinte, evadido ou reprovado. Lembrando que você também pode usar o filtro "**Buscar por**".

Após localizar o estudante que deseja realizar a conferência, selecione o menu "**Ações**", e clique na opção de acordo.

Caso seja registro de saída da escola, você deverá apontar se o estudante devolveu ou não devolveu o chip para a escola. Selecione e clique em "**Confirmar**".

Uma janela de confirmação aparecerá, confirme em "**Sim**".

Em caso de apontar reprovação do estudante, no menu "**Ações**", selecione a opção de acordo.

As informações do estudante aparecerão na tela, basta selecionar "**Confirmar**".

Se realmente deseja reprovar o estudante, confirme em "**Sim**".

Em caso de visualizar a movimentação escolar do estudante, no menu "Ações", selecione a opção "Visualizar Movimentação Escolar".

Ao selecionar a opção, será exibida a tela com as informações do estudante, incluindo seus dados e histórico de movimentação escolar.

Em seguida, retorne ao menu **“Conferências ano escolar”** e finalize o processo. No menu **“Ações”**, selecione a opção **“Marcar como concluído”**.
