# Gravação

Função Moderador

Para iniciar uma gravação, basta clicar no botão "Iniciar gravação" no topo da tela.

Será apresentado a você uma caixa para confirmar o início da gravação, além de explicar que caso clique novamente no botão, a gravação será pausada. **Clique em "Sim" para iniciar a gravação**.

Será apresentado na parte superior da tela a mensagem: "**Essa reunião está sendo gravada**", além de ficar explicito no botão de iniciar gravação o tempo decorrido da gravação.

Caso queira parar a gravação, clique no botão de gravação e novamente será exibido uma caixa de diálogo questionando se você tem certeza que deseja pausar. Para pausar, clique clique em "Sim".

Será exibido no canto superior direito a mensagem "**Esta reunião não está mais sendo gravada**".

Apenas usuários que possuam permissão de gravação, dadas pelo administrador institucional, poderão iniciar a gravação de uma reunião na sala das comunidades que estes fazem parte

Somente o dono da sala ou membros/administrador da comunidade tem permissões no serviço para baixar as gravações.

As gravações ficam disponíveis para download por 30 dias, após isso elas são excluídas automaticamente.

## Permissão de gravação em massa

#### Procedimento:

Usuários federados podem receber permissão de gravação em massa mediante solicitação de um dos **contatos técnicos responsáveis** pela CAFe na instituição.

&#x20;Para realizar o procedimento, o IDP deve disponibilizar um dos seguintes atributos no esquema, populados com "**employee**" ou "**staff"**:&#x20;

* brEduPerson-brEduAffiliationType
* eduPerson-eduPersonAffiliation
