A SheerID é uma plataforma especializada em **verificação de identidade digital** para validar seu acesso, com o intuito de acessar descontos exclusivos.&#x20;

#### 2. Quais serviços posso obter descontos?

Os serviços para pesquisadores podem ser encontrados no link abaixo:&#x20;

#### 3. Perdi meu acesso ao Perplexity Pro. Como obter novamente?

Verificar como está o status da sua conta, para isso clique no icone redondo no canto inferior esquerdo e depois em conta.&#x20;

Se estiver com o status “assinatura pausada” conforme print abaixo, será necessário clicar em **“atualizar cobrança”** e adicionar um cartão de crédito ou débito válido para que a assinatura PRO volte a funcionar.

Verifique a data de validade da sua assinatura, aparecerá na tela após clicar na opção de “atualizar cobrança”, segue print abaixo como exemplo.

Após verificar o fim da data de teste, basta adicionar o cartão e clicar na opção “Continue como Pro”.

Nada deverá ser descontado até o fim do seu período de teste, conforme indica a mensagem acima.

Ao cumprir todos os passos acima sua assinatura voltará a funcionar em sua versão Pro.
