# Problemas no acesso CAFe

Problemas no acesso via CAFe pode ser causado por problemas no seus atributos (dados do seu cadastro) ou até por conta do cache do navegador.

O primeiro passo é tentar **limpar o cache do navegador** ou acessar através de uma **guia anonima** do navegador, caso o problema persista, entre em contato com a área responsável pelo acesso federado na sua instituição para verificação.

Para problemas de Login e/ou senha, recomendamos primeiramente o contato com a equipe técnica de sua instituição, com a finalidade de validar problemas de login interno. 

Lembrando que o Service Desk não possui acesso a base de usuários da instituição, então realmente será necessário entrar em contato com os responsáveis técnicos informado por eles.
